Adorable.

How about a little update on our sweet Kenlee girl...the most adorable 15 month old ever! Obviously she likes to play with my iphone. She thinks it's funny to see herself and take pictures. She is talking a lot more lately. She says, Yeah! Shoe. No. Hi. Up! Ah-gah (all gone). Uh oh! And she'll say please with a little help. I just say, "What do you say?" and she says, "peees-uh". She also has started knocking on doors and she'll say,  Nau Nau! (knock knock). Randon taught her how to count down from three. So if one of us counts three, two, one, she'll say "GO!" But she'll also count sometimes, too. Wee, do, one, go! So sweet. She gives high fives and knuckles, which is the cutest thing ever! She now gives kisses with kissy lips instead of a wide open mouth. She has three molars and one on the way. She loves to play in the sand and water at the beach. We went with Daddy last Saturday and it was so fun. Such a gorgeous day.

She knows some of what her body parts are. She knows nose, ears, tummy, bottom, arms, hands, toes, and feet. At fourteen months she started showing interest in holding utensils. She'll hold a fork and eat the food off of it, but she still hasn't gotten down how to stab the food with it. When we say, "time for prayer" she'll fold her arms and put her head down. Sometimes we can get her to say amen. It's so cute. She squints her eyes at people when she doesn't know them or is upset with them, we call it the "stink eye". She is starting to hit (which is absolutely not my favorite thing) but she will say sorry when prompted and she understands when we tell her to be "soft". When she is on the the stairs now, she will hold on to the wall or rail and actually walk up and down instead of going backwards on her tummy. She still eats very good and sleeps really good at night. But naps are another story...she has gone down to one nap and usually sleeps for about an hour and a half, I'm lucky if she'll do two. *Sigh* She still loves Yo Gabba Gabba and it's about the only thing that will keep her occupied so that I can cook. Sometimes she'll watch a minute or two of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

She LOVES to dance and dress-up. Her friend Ashlyn was over the other day and they had so much fun putting on Kenlee's tutu's and dancing up a storm!

She got her first black eye the other day. She fell off a slide because she wanted to stand not sit on it. Poor baby. Here are some cute pictures of her with her black eye.

Silly, pretty, adorable, wonderful little joy in our lives.

Those pictures are darling, and I think the stink eye is kind of awesome. I love that she likes sand/dirt. Almost all of my nieces and nephews freak out if they have any dirt or sand on them and you have to clean them immediately. I think having a cutie that likes the dirt would be fun!
